Well, we’ve almost reached the end of the trail with only three major Kentucky Derby points races left to be run this Saturday: the Wood Memorial Stakes, the Blue Grass Stakes and the Santa Anita Derby.

All three of those races will be broadcast live on NBC and Peacock beginning at 4:30 ET. At Santa Anita Park, Messier has been tabbed the even money morning-line favorite in the Santa Anita Derby (G1). Post time is 5:30 p.m. ET.

Messier is a horse I profiled as a yearling at auction and with an A+++ Classic Champion Thoroughbred Profile® he has the best breeding of all the horses entered in this race.

Long shots Golden Code (15-1) and Long Term (20-1) look good.

Classic Causeway (8-5) heads Tampa Bay Derby (G2). Major General (9-2), Belgrade (20-1) and Spin Wheel (20-1) are horses I profiled as yearlings at auction and they look good.
