horses with go to the starting gate in the 149th running of the
Withers Stakes (G3).
Trainer Linda Rice’s
Arctic Arrogance, a gray/roan colt by Frosted out of the Uncle Mo mare Modest
Maven, has been tabbed the 8-5 morning line favorite. Post time is 4:27 p.m.
