This Saturday, the
2023 Triple Crown Trail takes us to the Fair Grounds Racecourse where a field
of 14 horses with go to the starting gate in the 51st running of the
Risen Star Stakes (G3).
Trainer Brad Cox’s Victory
Formation, a bay colt by Tapwrit out of the Smart Strike mare Smart N Soft, has
been tabbed the 3-1 morning line favorite. Post time for the race is 7:14 p.m.
Eastern Time.
