The Road to the
Kentucky Derby continues this Sunday, August 9th, at Ellis Park
where Art Collector has been tabbed the 4-5 morning-line favorite for the Ellis
Park Derby. Post time is 6:10 p.m. ET.
The winner of the Derby will receive 50 Derby
points. The second-place finisher will receive 20 points. The third-place
finisher will get 10 points and the fourth-place finisher will receive 5
points.

Racecourse for the 10-furlong, Grade 1 Travers Stakes where Tiz the Law has
been tabbed the morning-line even money favorite. Post time is 6:15 p.m. ET.
The winner of the Travers Stakes will receive
100 Derby points. The second-place finisher will be awarded 40 points. The
third-place finisher will get 20 points and the fourth-place finisher will
receive 10 points.
