The Road to the
Kentucky Derby continues this Saturday, August 1st, at Del Mar racetrack
for the Shared Belief Stakes. Post time is 5:30 p.m. ET.
The winner of the Shared Belief Stakes will
receive 50 Derby points. 20 points will be awarded to the second-place
finisher. The third-place finisher will get 10 points and the fourth-place
finisher will receive 5 points.

The winner
of the Indiana Derby will receive 20 Derby points. The second-place finisher
will receive 8 points. The third-place finisher will get 4 points and the
fourth-place finisher will receive 2 points.
In the French classic Prix du Jockey Club
(Group1), Ocean Atlantique his a colt we profiled (Hip 490) as a yearling
at 2018 Keeneland September Yearling Sale and I’ll be rooting for him to win.
